지울 수 있는 정보
우리 게시물에 남긴 댓글·답글, 키워드 검색으로 우리가 찾은 내 공개 스레드 글, 그 글에 우리가 보낸 답글 기록이에요. 답하지 않은 검색 결과는 요청하지 않아도 30일 뒤 자동으로 지워져요.
삭제 요청 방법
- nobllizdc@gmail.com로 ‘데이터 삭제 요청’과 함께 내 인스타그램 또는 스레드 사용자 이름을 보내 주세요.
- 30일 안에 그 사용자 이름으로 보관된 기록을 모두 지우고, 지웠다고 답장해 드려요.
- 인스타그램·스레드에 올라간 글 자체는 각 앱에서 지울 수 있어요. 우리가 보낸 답글을 지워 달라고 하시면 그 답글도 지워요.
앱 연결 해제
이 앱을 내 계정에 연결했다면 Threads 앱의 설정 → 계정 → 웹사이트 권한, 또는 Instagram 앱의 설정 → 앱 및 웹사이트에서 ‘텐투더엔’을 지워 연결을 끊을 수 있어요. 연결을 끊으면 더 이상 정보를 가져오지 않아요.

What can be deleted
Comments and replies you left on our posts, your public Threads posts that we found by keyword search, and the records of replies we sent to them. Search results we did not reply to are deleted automatically after 30 days, even without a request.
How to request deletion
- Email nobllizdc@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and your Instagram or Threads username.
- Within 30 days we will delete every record stored under that username and reply to confirm.
- Your own posts on Instagram and Threads can be deleted in those apps. If you ask, we will also delete the replies we sent to you.
Disconnecting the app
If you connected this app to your account, remove “텐투더엔” under Settings → Account → Website permissions in the Threads app, or Settings → Apps and websites in the Instagram app. Once disconnected, the app no longer retrieves your information.
