1. 서비스와 운영자

텐투더엔(10ⁿ)은 과학 뉴스를 카드뉴스로 만들어 인스타그램·스레드 계정 @ten.to.the.n에 올리는 개인 운영 서비스예요. 대시보드와 자동화 도구(Meta 앱 ‘텐투더엔’)는 운영자 한 명만 쓰며, 다른 사람이 이 앱에 로그인하거나 계정을 연결하지 않아요.

2. 처리하는 정보

Meta의 Instagram·Threads API로 우리 계정에 관한 다음 정보만 가져와요.

  • 우리 계정의 프로필과 게시물, 게시물 성과 지표(조회·좋아요 같은 집계 수치)
  • 우리 게시물에 달린 댓글·답글: 작성자의 공개 사용자 이름, 내용, 작성 시각, 링크
  • 운영자가 정한 키워드로 찾은 공개 스레드 글: 작성자의 공개 사용자 이름, 내용, 작성 시각, 링크
  • 우리가 보낸 답글의 내용과 시각

비밀번호, 비공개 메시지, 다른 사람의 이메일·전화번호·팔로워 목록은 가져오지 않아요.

3. 쓰는 목적

  • 우리 게시물에 달린 댓글에 답하기
  • 과학 주제의 공개 대화를 찾아, 운영자가 직접 확인한 답글로 참여하기
  • 게시물 성과를 보고 다음 카드뉴스를 더 낫게 만들기

답글은 운영자가 내용을 확인하고 직접 보내기를 누를 때만 게시돼요. 자동 팔로우·좋아요·답글은 하지 않고, 키워드 검색으로 찾은 글에 보내는 답글은 하루 5개로 제한해요. 정보를 광고, 판매, 프로필 분석, 플랫폼 밖 연락에 쓰지 않아요.

4. 함께 처리하는 곳

  • Vercel(웹 호스팅·파일 저장), Neon(데이터베이스), GitHub Actions(예약 작업): 서비스 운영
  • OpenRouter를 통한 AI 모델, Google Gemini API: 댓글과 찾은 글의 내용을 보내 답글 초안을 받아요. 초안은 운영자가 확인·수정한 뒤에만 게시돼요.
  • Discord: 운영자 전용 비공개 채널로 새 댓글 알림(내용 포함)을 보내요.

5. 보관 기간

  • 키워드 검색으로 찾았지만 답하지 않은 글: 찾은 날부터 30일 뒤 자동으로 지워요.
  • 댓글과 우리가 보낸 답글 기록, 성과 지표: 계정을 운영하는 동안 보관하고, 삭제를 요청하면 지워요.

6. 공공기관의 정보 요청

공공기관이 정보를 요청하면 법적 근거와 절차가 맞는지 먼저 확인하고, 맞지 않으면 따르지 않거나 이의를 제기해요. 응해야 할 때는 꼭 필요한 최소한만 내고, 요청 내용·법적 근거·응답을 기록해 둬요.

7. 삭제 요청과 문의

내 사용자 이름과 함께 nobllizdc@gmail.com로 요청하면, 우리가 보관한 내 댓글·글 기록을 30일 안에 지우고 결과를 알려 드려요. 자세한 방법은 데이터 삭제 안내에 있어요.

8. 바뀌는 경우

내용이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 올려요.

Privacy Policy

1. The service and operator

10ⁿ (텐투더엔) is an individually operated service that turns science news into card posts for the Instagram and Threads account @ten.to.the.n. Its dashboard and automation tools (the Meta app “텐투더엔”) are used only by the operator. No one else logs in to or connects an account to this app.

2. Information we process

Through Meta's Instagram and Threads APIs we retrieve only the following information related to our own account:

  • Our account's profile, our posts, and aggregated post insights (such as views and likes)
  • Comments and replies on our posts: the author's public username, the text, the time posted, and the link
  • Public Threads posts found with keywords chosen by the operator: the author's public username, the text, the time posted, and the link
  • The text and time of replies we send

We do not collect passwords, private messages, or other people's email addresses, phone numbers, or follower lists.

3. How we use it

  • To reply to comments on our posts
  • To find public conversations about science topics and join them with replies the operator has reviewed
  • To learn from post performance and make better card posts

A reply is published only when the operator reviews it and presses Send. We do not follow, like, or reply automatically, and replies to posts found by keyword search are limited to five per day. We never use this information for advertising, sale, profiling, or contacting anyone outside the platform.

4. Service providers

  • Vercel (web hosting and file storage), Neon (database), GitHub Actions (scheduled jobs): running the service
  • AI models via OpenRouter and the Google Gemini API: the text of comments and found posts is sent to get draft replies. A draft is published only after the operator reviews and edits it.
  • Discord: new-comment notifications (including the text) are sent to the operator's private channel.

5. Retention

  • Posts found by keyword search that we did not reply to are deleted automatically 30 days after they were found.
  • Comments, the replies we sent, and insights are kept while the account is operated and deleted on request.

6. Requests from public authorities

When a public authority asks for information, we first check that the request has a valid legal basis and follows the proper procedure, and we refuse or challenge it if it does not. When we must respond, we disclose only the minimum information necessary, and we keep a record of the request, its legal basis, and our response.

7. Deletion requests and contact

Email nobllizdc@gmail.com with your username and we will delete the records of your comments and posts that we hold within 30 days, and let you know when it is done. See the data deletion instructions for details.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
